Many of the team have been with us since the beginning and have enjoyed seeing little ones grow from Birth right up until they GRADUATE to primary school.
Each group has a dedicated team of childcare staff from Room leaders through to practitioners.
All the children have a dedicated keyworker - a nominated staff member who gets to know them better, follows their progress and helps prepare their records and folders.
Each group has a room leader who works with qualified level 2 or 3 nursery nurses or assistants.
Room leaders are responsible in reporting back to the deputy manager who is responsible to the manager.
All our staff are carefully chosen and DBS / CRB checked and are given opportunities to develop their skills further as Early Years Practitioners.
